The first stop

We traveled Saturday to Las Vegas to stay with Aunt Amy, Uncle Heath and Indy (the dog). The kids loved being with them and playing with the dog. I think they wore the dog out. Austin and Halle woke up early and played with Indy. Heath got a video of Halle playing with the dog and his toy.

On our way

We surprised the kids this morning with going to Disneyland for Spring break. I made them Mickey Mouse pancakes for breakfast. Austin came up and asked why was I making them in that shape? Then we announced that we were going to Disneyland. I don't think that they really believed me because how often is Mom spontaneous. NEVER! So we were off. The first big day was to drive to Vegas.

Finally we have eye teeth!

I thought we would never make it through the last couple weeks with our whiny little guy. It all makes sense now because we have 4 eye teeth that have broken skin. It is amazing how different kids are when they are getting teeth. Another one of the joys of parenthood. Love it!!

Alta Ski Day

Lowell, Austin and I skied Friday at Alta ski resort. It was a beautiful day up on the hill because it had just snowed the day before so we had fresh powder. The sun was shining the majority of the day. It was an awesome outing with my boys! We had a blast together. It was the first time I had been skiing with Austin and I learned that within the next year or so he will surpass me!

Our crazy little boy who loves the slopes! He loves the snow, the jumps, fresh powder, and going off the groomed hills. He absolutely has NO Fear!

Jett's words

Jett is talking so much these days and his vocabulary is expanding so much. These are a few of the words he says daily....
choo-choo, flashlight, grandpa, Halle, Austin, clock, book, milk, juice, what's that, Gordon, James, Percy (all Thomas train names), dada, Mom, no, stop backpack, all done, grandma and up.
This list will expand daily I am sure but it is fun to write them down and see it grow!

A day in the life of Jett!
This is how it is about everyday around our house. He is so in the exploratory stages. He wants to have his hands on and in everything. We love it because he is growing and learning everyday.

Keeping this up

I am sorry to report that I have not found the nack of keeping this updated regularly. I am going to try - I promise. It sure is a lot easier. I am still trying to get the hang of how to do it. So bear with me . Dad - I promise it will get better.
